Whatever it is we all hate it with a passion!!! We try a million different exercises and cremes to get rid of it, some that work well and others that are just breaking the bank. We even try to pray it away!! There are ways to minimize the appearance and make the cellulite fade away. Eating healthy definitely plays a huge role in maintaining smooth and sexy legs, thighs and bums. Instead of that cheese burger and fries you want, eat a bunless turkey burger with low fat cheese and a salad. Still super yummy and a lot less calories. Also having a good work out routine is a must. Find time every day to do some sort of cardio. Even if u take the stairs at work instead of the elevator. You could walk to the store and back to pick up that gallon of milk you need. Better yet buy two half gallons and work your arms on way home as well. Whatever works for you is great as long as you make the time and take the effort to get that heart rate up.
Having cottage cheese legs, butts and bellies can really be a bummer. You can’t wear shorts, bathing suites or feel confident with your naked body if all you see it the lumps that you can not get rid of. Just do not give up keep working hard at the gym, using your creams, and having a bit of a sun tan helps also. Don’t worry you can use indoor tanning if the idea of putting on a bathing suit is too much for you to bear. But over all do not let a little lumpy thighs prevent you from feeling beautiful. Keep your head up and smile.
